2. “NIKA” SH.P.K – NIPT: J76705047U pasi oferta ekonomike e paraqitur në vlerën 15,099,501.90 lekë pa TVSH është konstatuar si ofertë anomalisht e ulët, pasi rezulton nën kufirin prej 85% të mesatares së ofertave të vlefshme, në zbatim të nenit 93 të Ligjit nr. 162/2020 “Për Prokurimin Publik” dhe nenit 82/4 të VKM nr. 285, datë 19.05.2021.
