-Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokumentacion
2.BOE LIS Konstruksion dhe VIANTE KONSTRUKSION, per arsye:
- Nuk ploteson piken 1 te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit pasi preventivi I ndare ne zera punimesh rezulton se vlera totale e punimeve qe do te kryen Viante Konstruksion shpk eshte me e madhe se sa vlera e perqindjes se perfaqesimit ne kontraten e bashkepunimit
-Nuk kane deklaruar mjetet si: vinç eskavator, sonde UKS dhe vinc kulle qe nevojiten per realizmin e zerave te punime te marra persiper cka bie ne kundershtim me kerkesat e pikes 13 te kapacitetit teknik te Dokumenteve Standarte te Tenderit
