Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Extrabis” ShPK për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së prokurimit. Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: GRELEK me nipt M12410008F pasi në zbatim të nenit 82 të VKM 285/2021 e ndryshuar, oferta rezulton anomalisht e ulët.
