Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. “COMMUNICATION PROGRESS” SHPK NIPT:K01625001C Komisoni, bazuar dhe në pikën 5 të nenit 93 të ligjit nr.162/2020 “Për prokurimin publik” i ndryshuar, ku parashikohet se “Në procedurat e prokurimit me vlerë nën kufijtë e lartë monetarë, autoritetet ose entet kontraktore refuzojnë pa kërkuar shpjegime një ofertë, e cila është konstatuar anomalisht e ulët” vendosi të mos pranojë ofertën e operatorit ekonomik “Communication Progress” shpk. 2. “Evolve Web Studio” SHPK NIPT: L72429007F Komisioni vlerëson se dokumentacioni i këtij operatori nuk është në përputhje me të gjitha kërkesat kualifikuese të procedurës. Nga administrimi dhe shqyrtimi i dokumentacionit elektronik, rezulton se operatori ekonomik nuk përmbush kriterin 2.3 “Kapaciteti Teknik”, pika 1 të shtojcës 8, të DST-së.
