- Lack of competition
Procurement takes place with one single competitor. The Albanian law does allow for such procedures, but what such procedures often demonstrate, more than just lack of competition, is criteria and application deadlines that are obviously in favor of a certain company (clientelism). Such tenders deserve to be considered exposed to risk.

elektronik A/2026/6859, datë 22.06.2026 e operatorit tuaj ekonomik “I.S.S (INTEGRATED
SMART SOLUTIONS)” SHPK, për procedurën e mësipërme të prokurimit. Në datën 24.06.2026 është protokolluar në Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik me nr. 1994/1 prot., shkresa e operatorit ekonomik ankimues “I.S.S (INTEGRATED SMART SOLUTIONS)” SHPK me nr.88 prot., datë 24.06.2026 me objekt: “Tërheqje nga ankimi sipas nenit 117 të LPP”. Me anë të kësaj shkrese operatori ekonomik ankimues kërkon të tërhiqet nga ankesa e tij me nr. Prot., 1994/2026 datë 22.06.2026 për procedurën e prokurimit.
